Aviso Wealth is hiring a Wealth Associate to support a high-performing Wealth Advisor managing a substantial client portfolio. This role combines client service, administrative operations, and business development support within a collaborative financial services organization.
Key responsibilities include analyzing client accounts to identify growth opportunities, delivering exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, managing client referrals, and maintaining accurate records. You will prepare and process account applications, coordinate with back-office teams to resolve operational issues, process investment transactions, monitor client requests, and ensure regulatory compliance. Additional duties include calendar management, wealth management correspondence oversight, and contributing to client retention and acquisition initiatives.
The role also involves supporting organizational objectives by promoting the company, participating in professional development, supporting community initiatives, and contributing to branch growth targets.
You will need a minimum of two years' experience in a financial advisory or related role, with strong attention to detail and commitment to learning. Knowledge of investment and/or insurance products is valued. Essential skills include excellent organizational and time management abilities, strong client relationship-building capabilities, professional communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications. You should be comfortable in a technology-driven environment and willing to work flexible hours and travel occasionally.
