The Revenue Coordinator will support day-to-day operations of the Revenue function and execution of commercial initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing business analyses, pricing models, financial forecasts, and management reports to support commercial decision-making. The role involves translating approved commercial terms into clearly defined partner contracts and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution.
The coordinator will monitor commercial performance, KPIs, and action plans, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. They will coordinate operational activities of the Pricing Committee, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and follow-up of agreed actions. The role emphasizes contributing to optimization and automation of Revenue processes, promoting effective use of AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Cross-functional collaboration is essential, working with teams to ensure successful delivery of commercial and strategic projects. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills with practical work experience and ability to use AI-enabled tools. Required qualifications include a university degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field, with relevant experience in business support, revenue operations, finance, pricing, or commercial coordination being advantageous. Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and stakeholder management, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines are essential.
