Hims & Hers, a NYSE-traded digital health platform, is seeking a VP of Strategic Operations to lead growth across the UK and Europe. This senior leadership role heads a team responsible for strategy and operations behind all new initiatives—market entries, new service categories, capabilities, and strategic partnerships. You will own the end-to-end operational work from idea through launch and stabilization, bringing together teams, infrastructure, partnerships, and regulatory pathways. Key responsibilities include leading the Strategic Operations function to build capabilities supporting new markets, categories, and partnerships; developing launch and operational strategies aligned with business priorities; translating strategy into executable plans across pharmacy, fulfillment, diagnostics, manufacturing, and supply chain; determining where to leverage the global operating model versus building locally; partnering with international leadership to assess feasibility and complexity of growth opportunities; driving cross-functional execution across Operations, Product, Technology, Legal, Regulatory, Quality, and Clinical teams; owning relationships with strategic third-party partners (pharmacies, labs, providers); evaluating build/buy/partner decisions; transitioning mature operations to functional owners while retaining strategic partnership oversight; building repeatable approaches for faster market and capability launches; and building and leading a high-performing Strategic Operations team. You bring 15+ years in operations, strategy, international expansion, or complex operating environments with significant leadership experience. Healthcare, pharmacy, digital health, or diagnostics experience in regulated environments is strongly preferred. You have a proven track record building something new from the ground up—markets, categories, facilities, partnerships, products, or operational capabilities. You've operated across UK and/or Europe, navigating regulatory, infrastructure, and partnership differences. You combine strong business judgment with the ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution, design and detail work. You excel at cross-functional leadership, driving outcomes across teams you don't directly manage, and building complex external partnerships. You thrive creating structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments without unnecessary bureaucracy. German, French, or Spanish language skills are a plus. Willingness to travel up to 30% across UK, Europe, and US required.
