Fireblocks is seeking a VP of Strategic Finance to partner directly with the CFO and executive leadership team on company-wide financial strategy, planning, and capital stewardship. This leader will own the end-to-end strategic finance function, including FP&A, investor engagement, capital markets, M&A support, IPO-readiness, and executive decision support. Key responsibilities include owning Fireblocks' long-range financial plan, annual operating plan, and rolling forecasts; leading company-wide financial strategy and resource allocation; and driving financial governance as the company scales. You will lead the FP&A function, building and maintaining robust financial models covering revenue, margins, headcount, cash flow, and capital needs. You'll establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting for executives and the Board. In investor relations and market intelligence, you'll develop and maintain Fireblocks' financial narrative for external stakeholders, prepare materials for Board meetings and investor discussions, and support diligence processes. You'll stay abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry changes, conducting comparative analysis of competitors' performance and metrics. On capital markets and M&A, you'll lead financial analysis related to capital structure, liquidity planning, and funding strategy; partner with Corporate Development to evaluate acquisitions; and support financing transactions and strategic investments. You'll serve as a strategic finance partner to leaders across the company, evaluating ROI for major initiatives and providing data-driven insights that influence executive decisions. You'll build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, designing AI-first processes, tools, and controls to support a growing, global organization. The role requires deep crypto industry knowledge, 12+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking, and proven ability to influence senior leaders through data-driven storytelling. Prior IPO and M&A transactional experience is a plus.
