Vibe.co is a streaming TV advertising platform that brings performance marketing capabilities (like those from Meta and Google) to connected TV. The company has reached $100M ARR in under two years and serves over 10,000 brands across 500+ apps and channels, delivering an average 250% ROAS and 20% sales lift.
Vibe recently launched a developer platform that enables third-party products—retail media managers, travel booking platforms, ad systems—to integrate and monetize CTV inventory without direct Vibe integration. As VP, Audience Extension Partnerships, you will build this new revenue vertical from the ground up, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Key responsibilities:
**Build the Vertical**: Define go-to-market strategy for audience extension as a net-new revenue line. Identify and prioritize target partners across commerce media, travel, and advertising platforms. Set commercial models for revenue-share deals tied to partner ad spend.
**Close Complex Deals**: Build relationships with GM and C-suite stakeholders at target accounts. Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles spanning partnerships, data, and legal. Secure executive sign-off on strategically significant deals. Ensure revenue activation, not just contract signature.
**Partner Across Vibe**: Own each deal from signature through activation. Work with partnerships, data, and legal teams to clear deals for launch. Feed market and partner feedback into product and platform priorities.
**Scale What Works**: Track pipeline, deal velocity, and activated revenue. Build the case for headcount as the vertical scales. Hire and lead a team once the business line is established.
This is the first hire into audience extension with no existing team or leader. You will have direct access to high-visibility stakeholders and be backed by Vibe's existing developer platform and CTV ad-serving infrastructure.
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of ad tech experience (hard requirement)
- Deep, existing network across commerce media, travel, or ad tech platforms
- Track record navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with ability to reach GM/C-suite level
- Experience structuring revenue-share or partnership-based commercial deals (not just direct ad sales)
- Genuine curiosity about AI; use it in your own workflow and can articulate how it has changed your output
**Nice-to-haves**:
- Experience managing a small team, even if primarily an individual contributor
- Experience across multiple partner ecosystems (retail media, travel, ad platforms)
- Familiarity with API-based or developer-platform partnership models
