As a Territory Manager for the Memphis South region, you will be responsible for securing new business and managing your sales territory independently. You will work with a variety of clients across clinical settings, including hospitals, cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and interventional cardiologists.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales and ongoing support of Kestra cardiac products within your assigned territory
- Consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets and performance-based objectives
- Building and maintaining trusted partner relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Preparing quarterly business plans and presenting to regional sales leadership
- Managing the complete sales cycle from initial introduction through product delivery
- Coordinating patient interactions with clinical advisors and customer care teams
- Providing training, product service, and support to clients
- Assisting in the reimbursement process
- Attending key industry exhibits and conventions
- Maintaining accurate records and sales data
- Working collaboratively with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to implement market strategies
- Responding to client issues and maintaining positive long-term relationships
This is a fast-paced field role requiring frequent domestic travel (up to 90% by car and/or air). You must reside in the assigned Memphis South territory. The role involves working in clinical settings with typical field and hospital noise levels, and extended hours may be required based on business needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience
- 3+ years of outside sales experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and professional experience)
- Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle report (MVR)
- Demonstrated strong business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Teams
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted
- Post-offer credentialing requirements: vaccination/immunization documentation, background check, drug screening, hospital policy review, and completion of online courses (HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogens, Electrical/Fire Safety)
PREFERRED:
- Experience calling on cardiologists, electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, or cath labs (highly preferred)
- Demonstrated understanding of durable medical equipment (DME) process flow
- Knowledge of cardiac care landscape and customer decision-making processes
- Internal candidates without required experience may be considered if they have demonstrated consistent sales performance and prior sales support experience
