Salary: USD 288,000 - 358,000 / annual

Hex is a fast-growing AI-native data platform expanding into enterprise sales. You will lead and build out the western portion of Hex's Enterprise Account Executive team as the company scales into this next phase of growth. In this true build role, you will shape how Hex hires, ramps, and coaches Enterprise AEs, and play a defining role in how Hex shows up in your market—from positioning to executive relationships to partner presence. You'll coach a team through high-velocity, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, acting as a strategic partner to your reps as they navigate competitive, high-stakes deals. Key responsibilities include: - Recruit, hire, and ramp a growing Enterprise AE team, building a repeatable onboarding and coaching program - Coach reps through complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, from new pipeline generation to existing account growth, running deal reviews and call coaching that improve win rate and velocity - Establish operating rhythms (1:1s, pipeline reviews, QBRs, call reviews) and coaching frameworks that raise team performance - Partner cross-functionally with RevOps, SDR, Marketing, and Product to sharpen lead quality, territory and account strategy, and sales tooling - Help define how Hex goes to market with the largest organizations in the space, shaping positioning, buyer strategy, and executive relationships in your territory - Travel as needed for QBRs, customer meetings, and team development Requirements: - 3+ years managing and scaling quota-carrying AE teams in B2B SaaS, with a track record managing sellers through high-velocity enterprise sales (both new pipeline generation and growing existing accounts) - Experience as a strategic deal navigator, coaching reps through complex, competitive, multi-threaded deals - Prior individual contributor closing experience in complex, technical sales cycles (trial-led motions a plus); familiarity selling AI, data, or analytics solutions - Consistent track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong performers - Strong operational rigor: forecasting, pipeline management, coaching cadence, and process reinforcement - Comfort partnering across functions and influencing without authority - Located in PT or MT regions - Startup experience is a plus
