Envoy is a workplace management platform that unifies visitor management, risk assessment, mailroom management, digital signage, resource booking, and emergency management for organizations across manufacturing, data centers, life sciences, healthcare, and corporate sectors. The company serves over 16,000 workplaces globally and integrates with major platforms including Okta, Microsoft Teams, Slack, ServiceNow, and others.
You will join the Mid-Market Sales team as an Account Executive responsible for driving adoption of Envoy's platform among companies with 501–5,000 employees. You'll own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close, managing deals in the $25K–$100K+ ACV range. Your responsibilities include:
- Consistently exceeding quarterly sales quotas and driving company growth
- Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, BDR collaboration, and inbound leads
- Conducting discovery using MEDDPPICC methodology to uncover business pain and value drivers
- Identifying and developing champions within buying committees
- Becoming fluent in Envoy's solutions to deliver tailored demos
- Maintaining clean Salesforce data with forecast accuracy within ±10%
- Navigating procurement, IT/security reviews, and commercial negotiations
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership
- Mentoring teammates and contributing to sales culture
This is an onsite position requiring 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday) at the San Francisco headquarters.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in mid-market or SMB segments
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive environments
- Experience closing $25K–$100K+ ACV deals
- Consultative selling skills with ability to sell business outcomes to IT, HR, and operations leaders
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and self-sourcing opportunities
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, and Chorus (preferred)
- Strong pipeline hygiene, forecasting discipline, and MAAP (mutually agreed action plans) orientation
- Adaptability, coachability, and collaborative mindset
BONUS: Familiarity with IT, HR, Workplace, or Operations buyer profiles; experience selling to compliance, security, HR, or facilities teams; additional language proficiency (French, Spanish, German).
