Salary: USD 255,000 - 350,000 / annual

As VP of Product for Talent Management, you will lead a key high-growth line of business and serve as the general manager of the product line. You will work closely with the leadership team, engineering, and product teams to develop and execute product roadmaps. Your responsibilities include listening to customers to understand their talent challenges and developing strategic product roadmaps to address these needs. You will build and develop a high-performing team of product leaders and product managers while fostering a culture of growth, customer obsession, and strategic thinking.
You will partner with key stakeholders across executive leadership, product design, marketing, customer success, and sales to socialize and drive support for your vision. You will conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape for talent acquisition and experience to develop differentiating products. Understanding Eightfold's core technological strengths, you will work to integrate them into products and drive top-line revenue for the business in a capital-efficient manner by partnering with marketing and sales. You will closely track industry trends, adapt product strategy accordingly, and develop strategic insights about products, competition, and customer adoption.
Eightfold operates on a hybrid work model with expectations to work from the Santa Clara office three days per week, emphasizing in-person collaboration to foster innovation, culture, and rapid execution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of product management experience with 5+ years of product leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or commensurate experience in a relevant field
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of enterprise SaaS products
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Track record of successful delivery of company-critical initiatives throughout all stages of the product life cycle
