Overflow is a Silicon Valley-based B2B SaaS philanthropy platform enabling modern giving across cash, stock, and crypto for nonprofits, churches, and mission-driven organizations. Backed by leading investors including Uncork Capital, Craft Ventures, and Village Global, the company builds secure, beautifully designed infrastructure that powers generosity at scale.
Generosity University (Gen U) is Overflow's eight-module course designed to turn generosity from a Sunday afterthought into a lasting habit. Early results are compelling: one church saw nine first-time givers and $6K/month in new recurring giving after a single cohort, and every student who completes the course raises their giving band by 20% or more. Gen U has built a loyal base of ~100 paying churches almost entirely through the conviction and hustle of one person, with over 765 pastors already waiting to be engaged.
As Program Manager reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will partner closely with engineering, sales, and church customers to push Gen U toward its $1M annualized sales stretch goal while building the infrastructure for sustained growth. This is a cross-functional leadership role where you'll own the product roadmap and execution alongside a dedicated product manager and software engineer, with additional AM and engineering support as needed.
Key responsibilities include: leading Gen U's roadmap and execution; driving activation rate as the leading indicator of long-term health; converting the 765+ inbound pastor leads into activated, engaged churches; designing a clear subscription pricing and packaging model to replace mixed one-time and tiered fees; creating playbooks, training, and prospect-facing materials to scale the new-logo sales motion beyond a single closer; partnering with engineering and product to modernize the curriculum and delivery experience; building reporting infrastructure to connect Kajabi and offline-cohort data into Overflow's core dashboard; and serving as connective tissue between Gen U's content partners, founding champions, engineering, and sales/AM teams.
You will report progress and wins directly to executive leadership and be responsible for making Gen U feel like one coherent product rather than a side project.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in program or product management, with experience owning a revenue-linked KPI in a cross-functional, resource-constrained environment
- Track record of taking a founder-led product or program and turning it into something systematized and scalable
- Comfort working directly with engineers on scope and delivery tradeoffs; credibility in technical discussions (coding not required)
- Energized by building structure from ambiguity and defining playbooks rather than inheriting them
- Strong written and verbal communication with ability to represent Gen U credibly to sales leadership, pastors, and church customers
- Genuine alignment with Overflow's mission, values, and culture, including comfort operating in a faith-based, church-facing context
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Familiarity with church, ministry, or other faith-based organizational contexts
- Experience with e-learning platforms (e.g., Kajabi) or cohort-based education products
- Background selling into or serving houses of worship or nonprofits
- Experience leading a transition from one-time or bundled pricing to a subscription model
