Salary: USD 275,000 - 320,000 / annual

SpotOn is seeking an experienced VP of Product to lead the Intelligence, Reporting, and Innovative AI product teams. This role reports directly to the Global Head of Product Management and works closely with the C-Suite to define product strategy, create roadmaps, and build impactful products for independent restaurants. Key responsibilities include: - Defining product strategy for assigned product areas and contributing to SpotOn's overall product strategy - Managing a team of Product Managers through market investigation, roadmap development, and strategic adjustments based on customer needs and business priorities - Driving forward-thinking product vision and design, particularly around AI capabilities - Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Support to prioritize feature requests and functionality - Assessing market competition, customer preferences, emerging technologies, and industry trends - Making data-driven decisions and leading teams through ambiguity and complexity - Presenting to diverse audiences from SMBs to investors and executives Required qualifications: - 7+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years managing and coaching Product Managers - Fluency with AI tools (Claude, Vercel, or similar) - Demonstrated customer empathy and willingness to engage directly with customers in their environment - Comfort operating in metrics-driven environments - Strong understanding of product development lifecycle - Ability to manage multiple iterative projects - Strong communication and presentation skills - Experience making decisions with imperfect information - Restaurant experience is a plus but not required Compensation: Base salary $275,000–$320,000 plus equity package (TBD based on seniority and location). Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k match, RSUs, paid time off, ERGs, cell/internet stipend, and tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 annually.
