Atoms is building Physical AI—real-world robots for industries that move civilization forward, starting with food, mining, and transport. The company integrates hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate to deploy autonomous systems at scale. As Senior Product Manager for Fleet Management, you will own the fleet management and device software powering autonomous operations across haulage and on-road autonomy. Your responsibilities span multiple interconnected product areas: Fleet Operations: Own the web application roadmap for autonomous haulage operations, including real-time machine monitoring, site mapping and operating zones, route definition and assignment, machine commands, and production reporting. Define and deliver the on-road version, determining what carries over from haulage, what is rebuilt, and what is new. Device Software: Own the per-machine interface for engineers, technicians, and operations, covering status, health, diagnostics, connectivity, and logging. Define what individuals working at machines need to see and do, and how it relates to fleet-level products. Production Reporting: Own reporting on customer operations including productivity, cycle time, utilization, and surfaces for site leadership to identify bottlenecks. Scale and Access: Own product requirements for multi-site operations, including site and account structure, user roles and permissions, deployment configuration, and operational surfaces for field teams. Platform Architecture: Define what belongs in shared platform versus market-specific or separate implementations. Data and Integrations: Define how operational and machine data moves between products, engineering systems, and customer systems. Requirements and Delivery: Write product requirements, maintain roadmap, run delivery with engineering, define success metrics, own intake and prioritization from customers and stakeholders. Field Research: Conduct primary research with site leaders, deployment operations, field engineers, and technicians in their working environment. Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with engineering, autonomy, field engineering, deployment operations, customer success, safety, and training. Required: Bachelor's degree in technical, design, or business field plus 3+ years product management (or equivalent experience). Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of production software from requirements through release and measured adoption, including at least one product from initial definition to first customers. Deep experience with operational or fleet software for non-desk workers in mining, construction, energy, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or field service. Experience with products monitoring or commanding physical equipment, vehicles, or machinery. Experience with real-time status and telemetry, mapping or geospatial interfaces, or dispatch and assignment workflows. Multi-tenant product experience with customer accounts, user roles, and permissions. Sufficient technical depth for distributed systems, connectivity, data pipelines, and system integrations. Demonstrated ability to establish and hold product direction across teams outside your reporting line. Primary user research experience conducted in the field.
