Homebase is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own and scale the first 30 days of the customer experience. You will drive strategy, vision, and execution of onboarding and activation experiences that accelerate time-to-value, maximize engagement, and unlock long-term revenue impact. Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end first 30-day customer journey for both business owners and employees, driving signup-to-activation conversion across the free trial funnel, and designing self-serve onboarding flows including in-product guidance, progress checklists, and interactive tours. You'll own critical growth metrics such as activation rate, trial-to-paid conversion, time-to-value, and CAC. This is an AI-first, data-rich role where you'll ship AI features and rigorously evaluate their impact. You'll run a high-velocity experimentation program using tools like Amplitude and Statsig, designing and analyzing A/B tests to iterate rapidly on onboarding hypotheses. Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you'll partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and GTM leadership to align product-led growth initiatives with go-to-market motions. You'll also optimize the freemium model, understanding how to move users from free to paid through product experience, and collaborate on lifecycle messaging and in-product nudges to re-engage users who have gone dark during trials. Required experience: 8+ years in product management with at least 3 years in a dedicated PLG, growth, onboarding, or activation role at a B2B SaaS company. You must have proven ownership of the full PLG funnel with quantifiable results, deep familiarity with freemium models and self-serve funnels, and hands-on experience with behavioral analytics tools. Strong experimentation skills, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making are essential. You should be comfortable working directly with Engineers and Designers, aligning executives around growth vision without direct authority, and interpreting complex funnel data independently.
