Toku is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for one of their payment collection (payins) products. You will own product discovery, identifying customer pain points and market opportunities to drive the product forward. Key responsibilities include defining success metrics, analyzing data to uncover growth opportunities, prioritizing features based on customer value, and serving as the bridge between product design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams. You will actively work to remove blockers and impediments that impact project success, and maintain relationships with banking industry partners to build solutions that are 10x better than current offerings.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of professional experience and demonstrates a passion for excellence. You are analytical, data-driven, and comfortable in agile, dynamic environments. You excel at communicating with diverse stakeholders—both verbally and in writing—and can work effectively across multidisciplinary teams. You are hands-on, proactive, curious, and ambitious, with strong problem-solving skills. You thrive on questioning the status quo and challenging conventional industry thinking.
