Maven Clinic, the world's largest virtual clinic for women and families, is seeking a VP of Member Growth to own enrollment strategy and execution across the core business. This role is directly accountable for driving member enrollments and the revenue they generate, owning the full enrollment funnel from awareness through activation.
The VP will lead a small, high-caliber team while remaining deeply hands-on—this is explicitly a player-coach role, not a leaned-out management position. The person in this seat reads data themselves, pressure-tests the funnel, drafts plans, and executes alongside the team. You will build and run a scalable enrollment engine spanning client launches, member acquisition, the enrollment product experience, and re-engagement strategies.
Enrollment sits at the intersection of nearly every function at Maven. You'll partner daily with Client Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, Data, Clinical, Operations, and Sales teams—holding each accountable to their piece of the machine. A core responsibility is ensuring cross-functional accountability so the enrollment engine delivers results quarter over quarter.
Beyond optimization of existing processes, you're expected to expand the definition of the role by identifying and opening fundamentally new avenues for enrollment growth—approaches that don't solely depend on permission to communicate with clients' employees. You'll think strategically from first principles, identify opportunities to size, and unlock new growth pathways.
You'll own member growth targets, set strategy, build the plan, and act as a control tower. You'll optimize relentlessly around data, building operational metrics that act as leading KPIs for each contributing team and bringing quantitative rigor to execution. Maven Clinic has raised over $425M from leading investors including General Catalyst, Sequoia, and Dragoneer, and has been recognized as a TIME100 Most Influential Company and CNBC Disruptor 50 honoree.
