RobCo is building autonomous industrial robotics solutions combining hardware, software, and AI to automate factories and solve labor shortages. As Founders Associate, you will work directly with the CEO and co-founder Roman, executing his top strategic priorities across the organization.
You will own 2-3 critical initiatives in parallel, taking them from conception through delivery. Responsibilities include: executing CEO-level projects end-to-end; preparing and supporting investor, customer, and leadership meetings; translating strategic direction into concrete plans; coordinating across teams and production sites; identifying and removing bottlenecks; and establishing sustainable processes, KPIs, and dashboards to prevent recurring issues.
This is a high-impact operational role requiring you to move between multiple workstreams daily, make decisions with incomplete information, and drive progress through influence and credibility rather than formal authority. You will work closely with teams at customer sites, production environments, and across RobCo's offices in Munich, Austin, and San Francisco.
Required qualifications: 2-5 years in fast-paced environments (investment banking, VC/PE, top-tier consulting, or startup operating roles like Founders Associate, BizOps, or Chief of Staff); degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent; strong bias for action and ability to structure ambiguous problems; advanced Excel/Sheets skills and fluency with AI tools (Claude, Notion); excellent communication and slide-writing abilities; willingness to work fully onsite in Munich with regular travel to customer sites and US locations.
