Legora is an AI-native legal workspace trusted by 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries, including top-tier law firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, and Linklaters. The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and operates teams across Europe, North America, and APAC.
As Team Lead for Legal Engineering covering Scandinavia and the Baltics, you will report to the Head of Legal Engineering for North EMEA and lead a team of Legal Engineers from the Stockholm office. This is a player-coach manager role combining first-line leadership with senior Legal Engineering judgment.
You will own the day-to-day operating rhythm for the law-firm team: setting weekly priorities, conducting 1:1s, coaching, managing capacity, quality review, and escalation. You'll translate regional commercial priorities into clear execution across accounts, ensuring every pilot, rollout, renewal, and expansion has a named owner, next steps, risk signals, and measurable outcomes.
You will personally lead selected high-value engagements from discovery to go-live, especially where customer problems are ambiguous, involve senior stakeholders, or carry commercial importance. You'll build trusted relationships with Managing Partners, practice leaders, innovation teams, IT leaders, and day-to-day champions, creating conditions for early visibility of blockers.
You'll partner closely with Go-to-Market and Engagement teams on conversion, usage, renewal, and expansion, bringing legal judgment into commercial decisions and making Legal Engineering value visible. You'll coach Legal Engineers on demos, workshops, programme plans, and stakeholder communications, stepping in when required but returning ownership.
You'll develop a strong sponsor-and-champion model inside customer firms, turn recurring client patterns into reusable templates and playbooks, and represent the voice of Scandinavian and Baltic law firms inside Legora by logging product gaps with evidence and proposing practical fixes.
You'll hire and ramp strong Legal Engineers, apply consistent interview standards, and protect quality and sustainable pace as the team grows. The role requires full autonomy across high-value, multi-stakeholder engagements with impact measured by faster adoption, better time to value, stronger customer outcomes, and a team producing consistent work.
