The VP Finance will lead the company's financial planning, business operations finance, and strategic finance functions, managing a distributed team across Israel and the US. This is a strategic business partner role reporting to the EVP of Finance, supporting decision-making across go-to-market, operations, product investments, and company growth.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing the distributed finance organization with ownership of FP&A, business finance, and operational finance. You will establish operating cadences, reporting timelines, and accountability standards. Cross-functional partnership with GTM, Operations, Product, and HR leaders is essential for strategic planning and operational decision-making.
The role encompasses FP&A oversight including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; variance analysis and performance reporting to executive leadership; and development of financial models supporting strategic initiatives. You will monitor key SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, Rule of 40, CAC Payback, Sales Efficiency) and partner on scaling operations, evaluating growth opportunities, and transaction-related work.
Operational finance responsibilities include overseeing accounting operations (billing, collections, expense management), supporting process improvements, and stepping into high-priority initiatives including systems scaling and transaction support.
Required: 8+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or related finance roles. Prior experience as Director of Finance, Strategic Finance Lead, FP&A Director, or similar business-focused finance leadership. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and business partnering capabilities. Experience in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology environments. Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, Salesforce, BI platforms). Fluent English (mother-tongue level).
