Tive is a supply chain visibility and intelligence platform that helps enterprises reduce shipment delays, minimize losses, and optimize logistics operations across road, rail, ocean, and air transport. The company is expanding into AI-powered enterprise solutions to help customers move beyond visibility toward predictive analytics, automation, and autonomous decision-making.
As VP, Enterprise Solutions, you will serve as a strategic orchestrator and connective hub between enterprise customers, Forward-Deployed Engineering (FDE), core Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. You will sit at the center of Tive's FDE operating model, leveraging proprietary shipment and supply chain data alongside emerging AI capabilities to create transformational business outcomes for large enterprises.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing complex customer operations and reframing problems through a consultative, Challenger mindset
- Designing solution paths and owning project scoping and customer demand definition (while Engineering owns delivery)
- Moving fluidly between boardrooms, customer workshops, engineering reviews, and product strategy sessions
- Exercising disciplined capacity management—saying "not yet" to protect core platform integrity under commercial pressure
- Accelerating enterprise deal velocity, expanding account value, and unlocking multi-million dollar AI revenue streams
- Driving commercial and strategic impact by partnering with the world's largest enterprises to build the future of data-driven logistics
