Manex AI is building autonomous factories for the world's leading organizations. After raising a Seed Round from Lightspeed and BlueYard, the company has secured major enterprise manufacturing customers including BMW, Audi, BSH, Stellantis, Liebherr, Still, TDK Electronics, and Henkel. The company is now scaling operations across all departments.
As VP Customer Success, you will own how Manex AI delivers measurable impact on the factory floor, from first pilot to global rollout. You will combine senior project leadership with deep understanding of production and data, building the team and relationships that turn the platform into lasting customer value. You will work with major clients from day one, take decisions that shape the company, and build autonomous factories together with them.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and overseeing complex customer projects, ensuring delivery from pilot to global rollout
- Driving project management and coordination of integrations across industries
- Guiding and mentoring sales, ops, and tech stakeholders within cross-functional project teams
- Building and strengthening long-term customer relationships with enterprise stakeholders, from shop floor to C-level
- Strategically expanding and managing the Customer Impact Team
- Taking an active role in the strategic development of the business model and product
This is a high-impact, full-time leadership position based in Munich requiring high personal responsibility, strategic and analytical mindset, strong drive, and shared ambition to win together.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar (industry PhD a strong plus)
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in consulting, automotive, manufacturing, or tech
- Good understanding of AI, software, and production processes
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and orchestrate stakeholders
- Business-fluent in German and English
- Based in Munich or willing to relocate
