Jerry.ai is a Series C, YC-backed fintech startup with 5M+ customers and $240M in funding. Founded in 2017, the company launched its product in 2019 and achieved profitability in 2024. Jerry is building the first AI-powered advisor to manage all your physical assets—starting with car insurance and expanding into home, motorcycle, RV, and beyond.
This is a GM-in-Training program designed to accelerate your career trajectory. You will report directly to the Cofounder/CEO and work on some of the highest-leverage problems in the business. Over 6-12 months, you will gain exposure to every function at Jerry (product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, data), learn how to execute big-picture strategies, and navigate the intricacies of a complex, rapidly scaling business. A successful graduate will go on to own P&L for a business line at Jerry or elsewhere.
The company is in a critical growth phase, aiming to scale from 5M to 50M customers by 2030. This year alone, Jerry launched 5 new products—home insurance, property tax, motorcycle insurance, car repair shop bids, and roadside assistance. Each new business brings distinct operational complexity, user personas, and scaling challenges. The program exists to close the gap between ambitious ideas and execution capacity.
You will work alongside the CEO and executive team in the Palo Alto office, gaining real-time insight into day-to-day challenges and strategic decision-making at a high-growth company. This is a mentorship-driven role with significant learning and visibility across the entire organization.
Jerry's culture emphasizes ownership, learning, and mastery. The team comprises talent from Nvidia, Meta, Amazon, BCG, McKinsey, Bain, and GEICO. The company has consistently ranked as one of Y Combinator's Top Companies and Forbes/Statista's Best Startup Employers.
