You will serve as Chief of Staff to the CEO during a period of rapid growth. This is a strategic and operational role, not administrative. You will act as a multiplier for the CEO and leadership team by managing information flow, decisions, and follow-through across the company. Key responsibilities include: **Plan:** Own the rhythm of business including OKR reviews, executive leadership team syncs, and board preparation. Identify key internal issues and market trends that inform annual planning, quarterly offsites, and weekly leadership meetings. Help the CEO and executive leadership team track progress against strategic bets and flag risks early. **Execute:** Set agendas, drive discussion, and own notes and action items for CEO and leadership meetings. Serve as connective tissue across teams when decisions stall, diagnosing blockers and forcing resolution. Use AI tools to synthesize meeting notes into decisions, draft communications, build models and dashboards, and conduct research. **Advance:** Run special projects including market and partnership scouting, M&A support, org design, and employee engagement. Own or co-own select cross-functional initiatives end-to-end. **Communicate:** Prepare materials for all-hands, board, and investor meetings. Translate complex or technical topics into clear executive-ready narratives. Serve as trusted sounding board and occasional proxy voice for the CEO. This role requires genuine AI fluency as a core operating principle, not just a tool skill. You will be expected to use AI daily to accelerate your output and help the leadership team think through how AI changes the company's operating model, competitive position, and workforce. The role requires a minimum of two weeks per quarter in Atlanta HQ to work in person with the CEO, plus additional travel for executive meetings, offsites, and customer visits. Given proximity to the CEO, the role requires flexibility outside standard hours for responsive decision-making on live issues. **Requirements:** - 3+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or VC/PE firm - An additional 3+ years of experience at a hyper-growth tech company - Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools in day-to-day work (not just theoretical familiarity) - Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and executive presence - Highly organized and analytical with a data-driven approach to decisions - Entrepreneurial mindset, energized by enabling rapid growth in a scaling, category-defining company **Nice to Have:** - Prior experience as Chief of Staff or in similar strategic operations/business partner role - Experience managing company-wide goal-setting frameworks (e.g., OKRs) - Experience helping leadership teams evaluate, pilot, or roll out new AI tools and workflows - Exposure to security, fraud, authentication, or voice/AI-detection industries
