Salary: USD 273,280 - 464,590 / annual

ServiceNow is seeking a VP of CRM GTM Innovation to drive growth and pipeline acceleration across the company's CRM and AI solutions globally. This is a strategic, customer-focused executive role that bridges sales, marketing, product, and industry teams to scale CRM adoption across key verticals. Key Responsibilities: - Own CRM pipeline performance and health across strategic accounts globally, with accountability for opportunity volume, velocity, and conversion metrics. - Actively support high-impact CRM pursuits each quarter, embedding CRM expertise and quantified business value into account strategies. - Serve as the connective bridge across sales, product, marketing, industry, customer success, and enablement to ensure CRM solutions, messaging, and programs align to customer needs. - Unify cross-functional efforts behind a single global CRM go-to-market plan and shared program calendar. - Lead strategic partner engagement programs with top partners to drive net new pipeline and opportunity creation; shape how partners position and deliver ServiceNow CRM. - Build and execute CRM strategies by region and industry, aligning resources to highest-growth opportunities. - Act as strategic advisor to Product, Development, and Marketing, translating customer insights and AI-enabled GTM practices into roadmap priorities. - Engage directly with senior customer stakeholders and serve as trusted advisor to internal leadership. Requirements: - 15+ years of experience guiding strategy, operations, and execution with deep CRM domain knowledge and proven pipeline management using consultative sales-cycle approaches. - Sustained track record of meeting YoY growth targets in SaaS/CRM environments. - Experience applying AI to work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving. - Demonstrated ability to enable sales teams and channel partners; skilled at consultative selling and deal closure. - Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills—strategic, concise, and executive-level. - Ability to thrive in dynamic, matrixed environments and serve as trusted advisor to customers and senior leaders. - Willingness to travel up to 50%. - Bachelor's and/or master's degree in business, finance, technology, or related field.
