As Visual/Brand Design Lead, you will own the evolution of Mercor's brand identity across all external and internal touchpoints. This includes campaigns, product launches, web presence, social media, events, and marketing collateral. You'll translate complex concepts around AI, talent, and work into clear, compelling visual systems and distinctive brand assets.
Key responsibilities include creating polished, high-impact design work (landing pages, decks, social graphics, ads, illustrations, event materials, product marketing visuals), developing and maintaining a modern visual language, and building scalable brand systems and guidelines as the company grows. You'll partner closely with marketing, product, recruiting, and leadership teams to bring Mercor's story to life across channels.
The role requires strong portfolio work demonstrating exceptional visual design, brand systems, typography, layout, and storytelling. You should have 4+ years of brand, visual, or graphic design experience, ideally from fast-moving startups, agencies, or high-bar creative teams. Experience designing across web, social, campaigns, decks, and marketing surfaces is essential. You must operate autonomously, translate ambiguous ideas into excellent creative work, and maintain strong taste and attention to detail while moving quickly.
Bonus experience includes designing for AI products, marketplaces, recruiting platforms, fintech, or other complex technical products. Mercor values diverse backgrounds and transferable skill sets.
