Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, is seeking a VIP & Institutional Sales professional to join its global team. This role focuses on acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major institutional and VIP clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, market makers, brokers, investment banks, and high-frequency trading firms.
You will expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and deep understanding of their needs. Key responsibilities include building customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking key customer status. You will analyze user behavior to identify hidden needs, write key customer analysis reports, and collaborate across departments to deliver optimal solutions and product feedback.
The role offers the opportunity to build your client portfolio alongside Binance colleagues in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will work remotely within a global team covering all regions, with opportunities to travel and meet clients at bespoke events. The team operates with autonomy and flat structure, emphasizing results and continuous learning.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–10 years of sales and client services experience with international financial background (banking, investments, FX sales)
- Proven sales experience with clear KPI achievement in customer acquisition and origination
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously within sales teams and experience with regional sales teams
- Experience attending and hosting events to acquire new customers
- Existing client portfolio including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, proprietary trading firms, private bank customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks
- Proficiency with CRM tools
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, excellent relationship maintenance and sales abilities, ability to work under pressure
- Passion for cryptocurrency; industry experience is advantageous
- Fluency in English and Arabic required
