Rho is a modern banking platform built for the AI era, enabling startups and growth-stage companies to open accounts, issue cards, manage expenses, pay bills, and close the books in one connected platform.
You'll join Rho's in-house creative studio as a Video Producer, reporting to the Video Storyteller. This is a hands-on production role focused on creating performance-driven content that founders watch, share, and remember.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit at volume and quality: cut long-form episodes, short-form clips, product videos, and brand pieces from rough cut through final delivery
- Own the publishing calendar across all platforms, ensuring every piece of content is tracked and documented
- Repurpose long-form content into platform-native cuts for X, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, each with its own hook, pacing, and packaging
- Shoot and run production: operate cameras, lighting, and audio on interviews, studio shoots, events, and run-and-gun content
- Track and iterate: monitor views, retention, and engagement, then use insights to sharpen edits and formats
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in video editing, content production, or social content (in-house, agency-side, or independent creator)
- Portfolio or reel demonstrating cinematic quality, performance, or both
- Fluency in video editing software (Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro) with ability to create quality visual treatments, sound design, and pacing
- Confident camera operation with solid fundamentals in framing, lighting, and audio
- Understanding of platform dynamics, especially X and LinkedIn; ability to explain why content performed and replicate success intentionally
- Strong sense of story, brand consistency, and aesthetics
- Ability to move fast, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail
Nice-to-haves: personal or professional channel you've grown yourself; interest in startups, venture capital, and/or fintech.
