The role emphasizes speed, iteration, and comfort with high-volume, unglamorous work. You'll be expected to move fast, ship good work weekly, and refine based on market feedback. REQUIREMENTS: Must-have experience: - Product marketing at a B2B company selling into enterprise - Shipped on a weekly or biweekly launch cadence - Ability to demonstrate messaging you've written and show how it evolved post-launch - Proactive participation in customer calls - Comfort moving fast and iterating publicly - Clear and quick writing ability - Willingness to handle high-volume, detailed work Great-to-have experience: - Marketing to marketers or MOps teams, or direct experience with Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot - Built a narrative from zero at an early-stage company - Run a tentpole launch end-to-end - Knowledge of standout B2B launches beyond obvious examples - Familiarity with thought leaders like Kyle Poyar, Emily Kramer, and Dave Gerhardt - Experience at high-growth startups scaling growth motions quickly - Preference for high-intensity, in-person team environments This role is in-person 5 days per week in San Francisco.
