Sett is a UA creative performance platform for mobile gaming that builds agentic AI systems to generate video and playable ads, deploy them, and learn from results. You will join the team behind the agentic video production system, working closely with the Agentic Video Lead.
You are a creative technologist with genuine technical depth and a passion for the production side of creative work. Most days you won't be making pretty frames—you'll be building the systems that make them. Your role is to help design and build the production system itself: the logic, assets, and workflows that enable autonomous ad generation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Help build and maintain the agentic video production system that takes an idea from concept to finished ad
- Translate creative judgment and hands-on production experience into system design to ensure every generated ad meets professional standards
- Help build the agentic system that generates 3D assets, animations, and effects
- Prototype new capabilities using modern AI tools and test them on real ads
- Stay at the forefront of AI by exploring new models and tools, adapting your workflow as the field evolves
- Review system output, understand failure modes, and iterate to improve quality
This is a full-time, intermediate-level position based in the Tel Aviv office.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on, multidisciplinary experience in commercial advertising production
- Advanced 3D skills in at least one major tool (Blender, Houdini, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for image and video
- Experience building your own tools or systems with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted coding tools
- Hands-on compositing experience with strong practical understanding of the craft beyond any specific tool
- Solid technical knowledge and strong drive to keep learning
- Strong portfolio showcasing your work
Nice to have:
- Python scripting
- ComfyUI experience
- Background in mobile gaming industry
- Background in marketing
You are curious, hands-on, and self-driven. You enjoy experimenting, have patience for complex builds, and care about quality at every scale.
