DocPlanner is the world's largest healthcare platform, connecting 24 million patients with 280k doctors across 13 countries. The Growth Marketing B2B team owns the B2B funnel across all markets: lead generation, MQL quality, and handoff to sales. You will join as AI Project Manager to find, test, and launch AI tools and solutions that make the entire marketing team faster and more effective.
You own each project end-to-end, from initial idea through adoption and measurable business results. Success is measured by outcome and adoption at scale, not by tool launch dates. Your portfolio will span diverse AI experiments and rollouts: conversational WhatsApp bots for lead contact, AI calling bots to improve MQL reachability, AI agents and automations for repetitive marketing work (campaign reporting, lead enrichment, content localization), and evaluation/adoption of new AI tools across the team.
Key responsibilities include: setting goals, KPIs, budgets and timelines for AI projects; identifying high-impact use cases where marketers lose time or the funnel leaks; running structured pilots with local teams and deciding on data whether to scale, iterate or stop; hands-on configuration of tools, prompt engineering, agent building, and integration with HubSpot, Salesforce, WhatsApp; vendor evaluation and negotiation with IT, Legal and Security (GDPR compliance); building playbooks and training for market adoption; and reporting results in business terms (MQLs, contact rates, meetings booked, hours saved).

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years managing projects in marketing, growth, marketing operations or similar commercial area, with at least 1 year focused on AI or automation projects
- Demonstrated AI projects you owned that delivered measurable results; you know the numbers
- Deep, daily, hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) for research, analysis, writing and automation
- Experience building AI agents or automations with no-code or low-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier), including APIs and webhooks
- Solid grasp of how LLMs work: prompting, limitations, risks (hallucinations, data privacy), and output quality evaluation
- Strong analytical skills: setting KPIs, reading data, making decisions from it
- Experience running pilots and scaling across teams, markets or regions
- Self-directed: act without waiting for instructions, bring structure to ambiguity
- Critical thinking: challenge assumptions and hype; know when AI is the answer and when it isn't
- Stakeholder management: work effectively with many stakeholders including senior leaders, get things done without formal authority
- Fluent English
