Lendable is a UK-based fintech unicorn (800+ employees, profitable since 2017, backed by Balderton Capital and Goldman Sachs) expanding into the US market. The company has rebuilt consumer finance products—loans, credit cards, and car finance—with proprietary AI and decisioning technology that enables faster credit decisions and funding.
You will own the product vision, roadmap, and customer lifecycle management for the US Cards product. This is an early-stage expansion role where the product is still being defined; you'll shape it rather than inherit a finished one. Your scope includes credit line management, spend and engagement growth, balance growth, pricing, proposition management, retention, and reactivation. You'll also shape the mobile app experience and build new credit propositions alongside the core Cards product.
You'll work in a small, data-driven team and execute hands-on: writing and resolving tickets, prototyping, making implementation and design decisions, and using AI tools to build and test rapidly without waiting for engineering capacity. You'll partner closely with the US Cards Managing Director and lead through influence across Credit, Growth, Design, Data Science, and Compliance. Success is measured by whether the numbers moved, not by what shipped; you'll champion experimentation and sense-check everything before launch.
The role requires end-to-end product ownership, strong analytical instinct, comfort working hands-on with implementation, and fluency with AI tools as part of your daily workflow. You'll make tough calls under ambiguity, own them, and course-correct based on evidence. You'll lead cross-functional teams through influence, changing your mind when presented with good arguments and expecting the same from others.
Lendable offers hybrid working (three days in-office weekly), private health cover, retirement savings plans, employee referral bonuses, office meals and snacks on in-office days, and sustainable commuting schemes.

- Ability to lead through influence across Credit, Growth, Design, Data Science, and Compliance
Nice to have:
- Experience with consumer credit lifecycle levers such as credit line management, pricing, and retention/reactivation
- Experience shaping mobile app journeys for activation and engagement
