DocPlanner Group is the world's largest healthcare platform, connecting 24 million patients with 280k doctors across 13 countries through brands like ZnanyLekarz, Doctoralia, MioDottore, DoktorTakvimi, and jameda. The Growth Marketing B2B team owns the B2B funnel across all markets: lead generation, MQL quality, reachability, and handoff to Sales. As AI Project Manager in Growth Marketing B2B, you will find, test, and launch AI tools and solutions that make the entire marketing team faster and more effective. You own each project end-to-end: from initial idea or use case through to a setup that markets run independently and that delivers measurable business results. You are accountable for outcomes, not task tracking. A project is complete when it is adopted and delivers results at scale, not when the tool goes live. No two projects are identical. One week you might pilot an AI calling bot with two markets; the next you could be building an agent that automates campaign reporting or rolling out a new AI workflow to every marketer. You know the AI landscape well enough to pick the right tool for each problem, you're hands-on enough to set it up yourself, and you're honest enough to stop what doesn't work. You will run a portfolio of AI experiments, rollouts, and internal enablement projects where marketing, sales, and automation intersect. Example projects include: conversational WhatsApp bots (test use cases, find business results, turn into standard setup); MQL reachability with AI (pilot WhatsApp and calling bots to contact leads faster, prove impact on contact rate and pipeline, scale what works); AI agents and automations for marketers (automate campaign reporting, lead enrichment, content localization with n8n, Make, Zapier); and AI tool scouting and adoption (evaluate new tools, run business case and security review with IT, roll out winners with training). Key responsibilities include: owning outcomes by setting goals, KPIs, plans, budgets and timelines for each AI project; finding the right problems for AI by spotting where marketers lose time or funnels leak; testing before scaling through hypotheses with success criteria and local pilots; building hands-on by configuring tools, writing and testing prompts, building agents and automations, connecting to HubSpot, Salesforce, WhatsApp; choosing tools wisely through vendor scouting and evaluation with IT, Legal, and Security; making solutions work for markets through playbooks, prompt libraries, training, and handover; raising the AI level of the whole team through demos and enablement; and reporting in business terms (MQLs, contact rate, meetings booked, conversion, hours saved). DocPlanner operates with 3,000+ employees but maintains a fast, flexible, hands-on culture focused on results over tasks and learning by doing. The company offers real ownership of AI projects with visible impact across all markets, early access to new technology (conversational AI, agents, automation), and direct exposure to marketing, sales, and commercial leadership. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years managing projects in marketing, growth, marketing operations, or similar commercial area, with at least 1 year focused on AI or automation projects - AI projects you owned that delivered measurable results, with knowledge of the numbers - Deep, daily, hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) for research, analysis, writing, and automation, with ability to demonstrate proficiency - Experience building AI agents or automations yourself with no-code or low-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier), including APIs and webhooks - Solid grasp of how LLMs work: prompting, limits and risks (hallucinations, data privacy), and how to evaluate output quality - Strong analytical skills: setting KPIs, reading data, and making decisions from it - Experience running pilots and scaling them across teams, markets, or regions - Ability to act without waiting for instructions and bring structure where there isn't any - Ability to challenge assumptions, including hype, knowing when AI is the answer and when it isn't - Strong stakeholder management skills, including with senior stakeholders, and ability to get things done without formal authority - Fluent English
