As Video Content Producer, you will be the creative voice capturing Gumloop's story through video. You'll work directly with the team to produce short- and long-form content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Meta that resonates with audiences. Your responsibilities include: - Creating platform-specific video content (short-form and long-form) optimized for LinkedIn, X, YouTube ads, and Meta ads - Capturing behind-the-scenes footage of team meetings, product launches, events, and daily company moments - Developing and maintaining recurring content formats that showcase company culture, people, and product at scale - Experimenting with new ideas and iterating based on performance data, platform trends, and audience engagement - Staying current on AI industry trends, social media dynamics, and content creation best practices You'll own the full content lifecycle from concept through publication, working independently without requiring producer oversight or extensive review cycles. This is a hands-on role embedded in the team culture, requiring in-person presence five days per week in San Francisco to authentically capture company moments. Bonus experience includes building a personal creator brand, creating content for tech startups, familiarity with AI products, capturing authentic team and product photography, and designing high-converting social graphics and thumbnails in Figma. REQUIREMENTS: - Strong videography, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to shoot, cut, and structure attention-holding videos - Proficiency with Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar professional editing tools - Deep understanding of LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and platform-specific trends; ability to adapt content strategically for each platform - Ability to independently take content from concept to publication (ideate, shoot, edit, caption, post) - Required: In-person, five days per week in San Francisco
