Precision for Medicine seeks a Vice President of Value Demonstration and Economic Modeling (VDEM) to lead a team of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) professionals. This is a strategic leadership role combining P&L ownership, team management, and hands-on expertise in pharmacoeconomic modeling and evidence generation for the biopharmaceutical industry. You will oversee a growing delivery team conducting value-demonstration and economic modeling studies that quantify the clinical and economic value of healthcare interventions for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. Responsibilities include setting business strategy for the VDEM service line, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, achieving revenue targets, and identifying new business opportunities. You'll collaborate across multiple business units on strategy execution and contribute to the senior leadership team's initiatives around colleague engagement, operational excellence, and business growth. Key responsibilities: Lead and mentor VDEM staff, including onboarding and career development; coordinate project prioritization and resource allocation; manage client relationships and drive sales activities; identify and develop talent; partner with business leaders on staffing decisions; and ensure methodological excellence in study delivery. You'll also contribute to expanding HEOR-related service lines and maintaining long-term client partnerships through proactive identification of technical and strategic solutions. Required qualifications: 10–12+ years of experience with at least 4 years in a consulting environment. Postgraduate degree preferred (PhD, MD, or PharmD); Master's degree in health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health with relevant experience also considered. Expert knowledge of pharmacoeconomic modeling (budget impact, cost-effectiveness, cost-consequence, utility modeling), the biopharmaceutical industry, and payer/health-technology assessment requirements. Proven track record in HEOR publications, business development, consulting leadership, and client management. Strong ability to explain complex study rationale, methods, and results to diverse stakeholders.
