As Vice President of People & Talent, you will build and scale a globally distributed People organization to support sustained company growth. This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for defining people strategy, execution, infrastructure design, and financial stewardship across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing Global People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Workspaces
- Designing and maturing infrastructure, systems, and operational discipline to support scaling
- Ensuring compliance posture, workforce planning, and performance frameworks evolve with the business
- Managing the People technology ecosystem and vendor relationships
- Building durable infrastructure that enables clarity, accountability, and organizational scale
The ideal candidate is a systems-oriented operator who thrives in complex international environments. You should have proven experience across People Operations, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition, with a track record of scaling venture-backed startups from early-stage (Series A/B) through late-stage growth (Series C/D/E) and/or IPO. You'll be motivated by building infrastructure that supports rapid, sustainable growth in a mission-driven organization.
