OneStream is seeking a Vice President of Partnerships for the Americas region to own partner-led revenue, pipeline, and delivery capacity as a core pillar of the company's go-to-market strategy. This is a strategic leadership role that orchestrates the entire partner ecosystem—including Global System Integrators (GSIs), Regional System Integrators (RSIs), and technology partners—to drive measurable regional impact.
In this role, you will define and execute the North American partner ecosystem strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and delivery scale. You own partner-driven performance across all channels: partner-sourced, co-sell, and partner-influenced revenue, pipeline generation, and contribution to closed-won business. You will build and scale a high-performing partner organization, designing team structure, coverage models, and talent development aligned to regional growth targets.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing joint go-to-market motions with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services to drive pipeline, improve win rates, increase deal size, and accelerate sales velocity on partner-involved deals. You will expand and optimize the partner ecosystem by growing the base of active, revenue-generating partners and accelerating time-to-productivity for new partners. You'll drive partner enablement and capacity growth to support delivery scale and high-quality implementations aligned to customer success standards.
You will establish governance and operating cadence to monitor partner performance, measure ROI on partner investment, and provide leadership with consistent visibility into partner contribution and outcomes. As an executive sponsor for key partners, you'll manage senior relationships, resolve escalations, and keep partners aligned to regional business objectives. You operate as the regional orchestrator, translating global partner strategy into measurable regional impact against revenue, pipeline, and delivery-capacity objectives while working across a complex, matrixed organization.
Requirements:
- 15+ years building ecosystem-led, partner-driven growth in high-growth enterprise software companies
- Proven track record driving measurable partner ecosystem outcomes (partner-sourced, co-sell, and partner-influenced pipeline and bookings) in enterprise SaaS
- Experience working across Global System Integrators (GSIs), Regional System Integrators (RSIs), and advisory partners within complex, matrixed organizations
- Track record of leading cross-functional go-to-market execution in close alignment with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services
- Experience building or scaling a partner organization—team design, coverage models, and talent development—in a high-growth environment
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate partner ecosystem direction into executable plans that drive revenue and growth
- Strong business and financial acumen with direct accountability for pipeline, revenue contribution, and partner performance
- Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams in a results-driven environment
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services
- Executive presence with ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders internally and within partner organizations
- Strong analytical and operational discipline; comfortable using data to drive decisions, track performance, and improve outcomes
- Strong communicator, presenter, and negotiator able to influence at any level of an organization
Preferred:
- Four-year degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience
- Graduate degree in business
- Direct experience in Finance, CPM/EPM, or adjacent office-of-the-CFO software
