LevelTen Energy, the world's largest clean energy marketplace, is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead the company through its next growth phase. You'll oversee the full marketing and communications function—brand strategy, demand generation, product marketing, PR, executive communications, events, content, and website—while leading a global team distributed across North America and Europe. Key responsibilities include developing and executing brand strategy that positions LevelTen as the definitive voice in clean energy procurement; building and scaling a high-performing global marketing team with a six-figure budget; overseeing product launches and account-based marketing programs for a technical buyer base; establishing marketing operations, analytics, and attribution infrastructure to measure ROI; leading executive communications for internal and external audiences; managing media relations across North America and Europe; shaping the events program with emphasis on high-impact speaking opportunities; providing strategic direction to the content team and owning editorial standards; and driving a phased website refresh to optimize for modern buyer search behavior. You'll work closely with the executive team and VP of Sales to align marketing with commercial outcomes. The role requires significant global leadership experience, comfort with both strategy and execution, and the ability to build and motivate distributed teams. Knowledge of clean energy markets in North America and Europe is required, with working knowledge of power purchase agreements, RECs/GOs, and similar energy products strongly preferred. LevelTen has facilitated over $14.8 billion in clean energy transactions since its 2016 founding and is backed by Series D funding. This is an opportunity to shape the narrative around the energy transition while driving revenue growth and market position.
