We're seeking a Senior Paid Social Manager to own our paid social performance marketing globally.
You'll manage paid social campaigns end-to-end across all major platforms, driving web and app conversions at scale. This role requires deep expertise in conversion-optimized paid social with demonstrated experience managing $30M+ annual budgets. You'll own platform partnerships with social channel representatives, including beta access, product roadmap input, and spend reconciliation.
Key responsibilities include: managing campaigns optimizing for web/app conversions, subscriptions, and growth KPIs across multiple geographies; driving full-funnel results through budget management, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing; running proactive weekly performance analyses using Excel and other tools to diagnose trends and surface opportunities; designing and executing incrementality tests (geo holdouts, lift studies) to confirm spend drives net new users; owning app campaign complexity including Conversions API tracking setup and MMP integration (Singular, AppsFlyer, Adjust); building your own tools and dashboards when improvements are needed; partnering with creative and cross-functional teams on audience strategy and measurement; and communicating complex campaign data into sharp insights for stakeholders.
Required qualifications: 3+ years hands-on managing conversion-optimized paid social campaigns with multi-million annual budget responsibility; strong grasp of web conversion mechanics (pixels, events, landing page performance); experience running global campaigns across multiple geographies; experience with app campaign mechanics and mobile attribution; advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and proactive analysis; comfort in fast-moving environments where channels and strategy evolve constantly. Nice-to-have: experience across diverse paid channels beyond major social platforms (X, Snapchat, Pinterest).
Must be eligible to work in the US and willing to work 5 days/week in-office in NYC.
