Precisely is a data integrity leader powering better decisions for 12,000+ global organizations, including 95 of the Fortune 100. The company combines software, data enrichment products, and strategic services to help customers increase revenue, lower costs, and reduce risk. With 2,500 employees across 30 countries and 20 offices, Precisely operates with a "work from anywhere" culture centered on core values of Openness, Determination, Individuality, and Collaboration.
This newly created VP role sits at the intersection of go-to-market strategy and commercial execution—two functions the company believes should operate together. The position owns both GTM design (who we sell to, what we sell, pricing, packaging, sales motion) and commercial operations (the data systems, processes, and infrastructure that enable execution at scale).
On the GTM architecture side, you will chair the cross-functional GTM forum where commercial decisions are made and committed to by functional leaders. You own the prioritized GTM roadmap, define ideal customer profiles and segmentation for enterprise and Fortune 500 buyers, build launch architecture for new products and market expansions, design partner and channel plays, develop expansion playbooks for the installed base, and bring competitive and market intelligence to the executive team.
On the commercial operations side, you oversee the backbone that translates strategy into revenue: annual planning, territory design, customer segmentation, sales compensation frameworks, Deal Desk operations, and revenue performance analytics. These are not support functions but the machine that executes GTM strategy.
You will lead a team from day one including a GTM Director (day-to-day launch execution), Sales Ops, Strategic Planners, and Deal Desk. This is a seat at the leadership table of a fast-scaling company backed by investors with high expectations and led by a team that knows how to win. The role requires someone who can design and build a commercial engine that defines a market, not execute someone else's playbook.
