Alma, a Spring Health company, is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead the consumer growth engine for the MSO (Managed Service Organization) consumer line of business. You will own the full-funnel growth vision and roadmap—spanning paid, owned, earned, and lifecycle channels—to scale member acquisition efficiently while maintaining profitability.
You will build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of growth marketers and channel leads focused on acquisition, conversion, and retention. Your responsibilities include owning performance across SEM, paid social, programmatic/display, OLV/OTT, and affiliate channels, while exploring new growth frontiers such as directories and partnership-based acquisition.
This role emphasizes a rigorous culture of testing, measurement, and optimization. You will leverage analytics, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing to drive data-informed decisions within HIPAA and data privacy constraints. Close collaboration with Product (which owns the member funnel end-to-end) is essential to align messaging, targeting, and campaign sequencing with product-led improvements, including momentum for HelloAlma.com.
You will partner with Creative and Brand teams to increase testing velocity, own growth forecasting and budget allocation across channels, and manage reporting for your line of business. Additionally, you'll work with the centralized martech function to ensure acquisition and lifecycle programs are well-supported through evolving technology stacks including Iterable, Salesforce, Marketo, and Growsurf.
This full-time hybrid role reports directly to the COO and carries executive-level visibility on consumer growth strategy. Minimum 2 days in-office required. Based in Seattle, San Francisco, or New York City.
