The Director, Product & Solutions Marketing leads GumGum's go-to-market marketing function, reporting to the SVP of Global Marketing. This is a people leadership role responsible for managing and developing an established, high-performing product and solutions marketing team. Key responsibilities include: - Translating product positioning into consistent sales narratives across all products and campaigns to eliminate field confusion - Leading high-impact product launches while guiding the team on mature product repositioning and portfolio strategy - Partnering with Product leadership on roadmap sequencing, using market feedback and competitive intelligence to influence prioritization - Packaging offerings into problem-centric solutions for vertical and seasonal campaigns aligned with an annual GTM calendar - Directing the case study pipeline to convert client wins into compelling proof points for active deals - Overseeing content, tools, and systems (battlecards, decks, sales hub infrastructure) that enable field readiness - Shaping training programs, delivering voice-of-authority sessions, and co-pitching on priority accounts - Coaching and developing team members while shielding them from low-impact work You'll work closely with the SVP of Global Marketing on GTM strategy and narrative, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Client Services, and the broader Marketing team on execution. Required qualifications: - 8+ years of product/solutions marketing experience, including 3+ years directly managing and developing marketers - Proven ability to build positioning, messaging, and end-to-end GTM strategies for complex product portfolios - Track record of creating vertical/seasonal commercial programs that drive measurable pipeline and win-rate growth - Skill in translating technical capabilities into sellable, problem-centric solutions - Strong written and verbal communication skills with credibility to train sellers and influence product leaders GumGum fosters a flexible work environment with the ability to work remotely or in-office, though occasional in-person collaboration is expected within commutable distance to the New York office.
