Andercore is an AI-native supplier of industrial materials for energy, infrastructure, and construction across Europe. The company operates a sophisticated AI-driven trade and distribution platform that handles sourcing, quality, pricing, sales, logistics, and embedded financing. With strong triple-digit-million euro turnover, operations across seven European markets, and 80+ employees, Andercore recently closed a $40M Series B (raising $75M total from top-tier investors including Atomico and Project A).
As Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you'll bridge Talent Acquisition, marketing, and events to build Andercore's employer brand and attract exceptional talent during a period of significant growth. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role with three core responsibilities:
**Social Media & Employer Branding**: Manage Andercore's social media presence with a recruitment and culture focus. You'll plan content calendars, create and coordinate posts, highlight employee stories and company culture, and continuously innovate in how the company showcases its workplace to prospective talent.
**Events**: Own the full lifecycle of recruitment and employer-brand events—career fairs, university partnerships, networking sessions, meetups, and internal initiatives. You'll manage planning, logistics, execution, and follow-up, coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
**Talent Acquisition Support**: Collaborate with the TA team on recruitment campaigns, candidate communications, sourcing initiatives, talent community building, and employer-branding materials. You'll identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and recruitment effectiveness.
**Continuous Improvement**: Track performance metrics, experiment with new approaches, and use data and feedback to refine recruitment marketing activities and candidate engagement.
You bring previous experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, social media management, events coordination, or Talent Acquisition. You're fluent in English, comfortable managing social media accounts, and experienced organizing complex events with multiple stakeholders. You're creative, proactive, highly organized, and able to juggle several projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail. You communicate effectively across teams and seniority levels, work independently while knowing when to seek input, and are curious and resourceful in finding practical solutions. German proficiency is a bonus but not required. You're excited about contributing to a fast-growing, international company doing genuinely differentiated work in industrial AI.
