Duetto is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join their remote-first, global marketing team, reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing. This is a hands-on content production role for a versatile writer comfortable working across multiple formats and channels. You'll produce brand and campaign content including blogs, guides, social copy, email, and sales enablement materials. You'll help translate product updates and feature releases into customer-focused content that goes beyond feature lists, working closely with the product marketing team on launch communications. The role emphasizes social-first thinking—considering platform, format, and engagement hooks—and includes supporting video production, briefing creative agencies, and partnering with design teams. A key part of the role involves leveraging AI-enabled content tools to produce content at scale without compromising quality, using AI for drafting, iteration, and format adaptation. You'll also help identify and activate user-generated content opportunities, working with customer marketing to surface and share authentic customer voices. The position requires managing multiple content pieces simultaneously across channels (social, in-app, newsletters, website, sales enablement, partner comms) while maintaining consistent brand voice and steady content cadence. You'll work from clear briefs provided by senior colleagues, asking clarifying questions to ensure output lands effectively. This is an execution-focused role, not a strategy-setting position. You'll take direction well, produce on-brand content quickly, and grow your craft across formats. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in content marketing, copywriting, or brand content roles with a portfolio showing range. B2B SaaS background is a plus but not required; strong writing and willingness to learn matter more. You should be organized, reliable, curious about the product and industry, and comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
