Brightline is seeking a Vice President & General Manager to lead operations across its Midwest region, starting with two clinics in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a full-stack operational leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. You will own all aspects of the Wisconsin market's performance: clinical outcomes, operational execution, financial results, and team culture. You'll be hands-on in the clinics, working directly with clinical teams to solve problems in real time and ensure consistent execution of Brightline's care model across the region. Key responsibilities include: **Market & P&L Leadership**: Serve as the single accountable leader for all market performance metrics. Own the P&L for Wisconsin, including budget management, staff forecasting, and variance analysis. Represent the market to executive leadership and execute market-level strategy aligned with corporate priorities. **Team Leadership & Hiring**: Lead the regional team with direct management responsibility over manager-level leaders and frontline staff. Build hiring pipelines, oversee provider schedules, and develop strategies for retention, culture-building, and professional development. **Data-Driven Operations**: Use data and qualitative insights to diagnose performance issues and drive continuous improvement. Ensure operational standards and workflows are executed consistently across all clinics. **Clinical Quality & Compliance**: Ensure regional operations meet all regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards for behavioral health care. Own incident management and risk escalation protocols, partnering with clinical leadership on safety concerns. **Patient Experience & Access**: Own the patient experience across the region, managing waitlists, panel sizing, and intake capacity. Leverage feedback to continuously improve how families experience care. **Expansion & Facilities**: Lead on-the-ground execution for clinic expansion within the region, currently scaling from four to six clinics. Serve as strategic owner of regional facilities. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Build trust between Brightline senior leadership and regional teams. Manage key regional partnerships and serve as a bridge between field operations and corporate shared services. This role carries significant accountability for clinical outcomes, financial performance, operational execution, and team engagement in a fast-growing pediatric behavioral health organization.
