Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the energy and compute backbone for the world's most ambitious AI workloads. The company owns and operates the full stack—from power generation to data center operations to cloud services—with an energy-first approach to solving AI compute bottlenecks. You will join Crusoe's Finance team as Vice President of Finance for the Digital Infrastructure Group (DIG), reporting to the SVP of Finance. DIG is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing the real estate, power, and joint venture deals that underpin Crusoe's data center platform expansion. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of corporate finance, deal structuring, and capacity planning. You will serve as the primary financial advisor to DIG leadership, providing data-driven analysis on site selection, capacity planning, and market expansion. Key responsibilities include leading financial modeling and analysis for real estate transactions, power agreements, and joint ventures; building and maintaining long-range financial models for the multi-billion-dollar infrastructure buildout; owning investment-grade returns analysis for new site acquisitions and JV structures; leading monthly and quarterly financial reviews and performance reporting; managing DIG's annual budget, forecasting, and long-range planning; and liaising across Finance, Legal, Treasury, and Corporate Development to structure deals meeting Crusoe's return and risk requirements. The role will grow a team of analysts and managers over time but begins as a hands-on contributor directly involved in modeling, data rooms, and capital decision meetings. You'll translate complex quantitative analysis into clear recommendations for executive, board, and investor audiences. Required: 8+ years of progressive finance experience with meaningful time in data center, real estate, infrastructure, or energy finance. Demonstrated expertise in real estate and infrastructure financial modeling (NPV, IRR, scenario analysis), proven track record supporting deal structuring and due diligence, experience building investment frameworks for geographic expansion or large-scale capital programs, and strong executive communication skills. Bonus experience includes data center REIT or hyperscale developer finance, structuring joint ventures or project-level debt, and strong project management leadership.
