Precision for Medicine seeks a Vice President of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations for the Engagement Solutions business unit (630 employees across four service lines: Advertising, Investor Relations Services, Medical Communications, and Market Access). Reporting to the CFO, you will serve as the senior finance leader and primary business partner to the EVP of Engagement Solutions, translating business strategy into financial plans, forecasts, and actionable insights.
Key responsibilities include leading the FP&A team (direct reports), managing annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting, developing financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities, and presenting monthly results to senior leadership. You will partner with business-unit leaders to drive P&L and operational improvements, establish KPIs and dashboards, and lead finance transformation initiatives. The role requires a hands-on strategic partner who can challenge assumptions, operate with commercial orientation, and influence across the broader organization.
You will manage the finance function for a complex, multi-service-line business within a larger 1,300-person division. Responsibilities span budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, ad hoc analysis, process standardization, and team development. Success requires strong financial acumen, operational discipline, client-first judgment, and the leadership presence to develop a scalable, high-performing finance team while balancing shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
