As Vice President of Finance, you will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team and trusted partner to the CFO, helping shape the company's financial strategy, operating performance, and long-term growth. You will lead the Finance function, overseeing planning, forecasting, performance management, strategic finance, and business analytics while providing critical support for decision-making across the enterprise.
Working closely with leaders across Operations, Clinical, Growth, Accounting, Actuarial Services, and Business Development, you will drive enterprise decision-making through data-driven insights, disciplined resource allocation, and rigorous performance management. As an extension of the CFO, you will regularly engage with executives, the Board, investors, and lenders while helping build the people, processes, and capabilities needed to support a high-growth healthcare organization.
Key responsibilities include: serving as a strategic partner to the CFO, executive leadership team, Board, investors, and lenders, translating enterprise strategy into financial plans and measurable outcomes; providing financial leadership and performance visibility across the organization, identifying risks, opportunities, and key business drivers; and building the financial infrastructure and talent to support scaling. Over time, this individual will assume increasingly broad enterprise leadership responsibilities and serve as a key member of the company's future leadership bench.
