Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 / annual
Pearl Health is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Partnerships to drive net-new growth across the Northeast region. You will own the full deal lifecycle for enterprise accounts—from sourcing and deal structuring through pricing proposals, contract negotiation, and closing—with health systems, large physician groups, ACOs, and IPAs participating in Medicare Value Based Care programs.
Reporting to the Market President, Northeast, you will build and execute a comprehensive regional growth strategy, including targeting methodology, funnel development, and relationship cultivation. You'll serve as Pearl's external evangelist in the Northeast, representing the company at industry events and maintaining relationships with prospective enterprise partners. Cross-functional collaboration is essential: you'll partner with Finance and Operations to ensure timely closings, surface regional market trends, help shape offerings, and build business cases to progress deal stages.
You'll maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline, providing the Market President with real-time visibility into deal status, risk, and timing to inform regional forecasting and KPI tracking. You'll also contribute to broader regional business strategy and operations in alignment with the Market President's goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles with deep healthcare industry and value-based care expertise
- Deep regional expertise and established network of contacts in the Northeast healthcare industry, particularly with large provider groups, hospitals, health systems, ACOs, and IPAs
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing large, complex commercial deals with multiple stakeholders across the full sales cycle
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills; comfortable engaging confidently with C-suite and physician leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to build and defend data-driven business cases
- Deep clinical knowledge in quality, outcomes, and population health drivers
