Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 / annual
Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across 11 states (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia). The company brings clinical care directly to patients' homes, serving those with chronic conditions and limited mobility through programs including remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management.
The Community Liaison will be responsible for driving business development and community engagement in the Essex County, NJ region. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on promoting Ennoble Care's services and building relationships with referral sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the company's service area to identify and target high-potential markets
- Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources to present agency credentials and secure patient referrals
- Conduct internal analysis of organizational strengths, weaknesses, and competitive positioning
- Review and analyze past and current marketing data to inform strategy
- Evaluate the company's service offerings and market positioning
- Analyze patient and company relationships to identify growth opportunities
- Develop sales and marketing objectives with realistic sales projections
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans with clear priorities and timelines
- Monitor and evaluate marketing plan execution and outcomes on a regular basis
- Attend interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings as appropriate
- Provide community outreach and education initiatives
- Support office staff with training updates and administrative needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work with demonstrated interaction with health agencies and healthcare professionals
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Valid driver's license with insured, well-maintained automobile
