Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 / annual
Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across 11 states (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia). The company brings clinicians directly to patients' homes, providing a continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility. Services include remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management.
The Community Liaison for the Philadelphia region will drive business development and market expansion by building relationships with referral sources and promoting Ennoble Care's hospice and housecall services. This role combines strategic market analysis with hands-on community engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze the service area's market potential and identify target markets
- Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources to present agency credentials and secure patient referrals
- Assess organizational strengths and weaknesses relative to competitors
- Analyze past and current marketing data to inform strategy
- Evaluate the company's service offerings and positioning
- Analyze patient and company relationships to identify growth opportunities
- Develop sales and marketing objectives with realistic projections
- Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan with clear priorities and timelines
- Monitor, review, and evaluate marketing performance on an ongoing basis
- Attend interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings as appropriate
- Provide community outreach and education
- Support office staff with administrative tasks and training updates
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Philadelphia, PA.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work, with demonstrated interaction with health agencies and healthcare professionals
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Valid driver's license with an insured, well-maintained automobile (required for frequent travel to referral sources)
