Salary: USD 420,800 - 476,000 / annual
Omada Health is seeking a Vice President of Employer Sales to lead the next phase of growth across the employer market segment. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Success, you will own the entire Employer Sales business and be accountable for delivering new business and expansion across Jumbo, Enterprise, Mid-Market, SMB, and emerging opportunities such as GLP-1 care.
Key responsibilities include:
**Own Employer Sales Growth**: Drive new business and expansion Covered/Contract Lives and bookings across employer segments. Build a predictable, scalable growth engine with strong discipline across pipeline, conversion, forecasting, and rep productivity. Partner tightly with Product, Clinical, Marketing, Customer Success, Payer, Consulting Relations, Legal, and Finance to align on strategy and unlock upsell opportunities.
**Shape Employer Go-to-Market Strategy**: Serve as a senior voice of the employer market, bringing buyer, competitive, benefits, and healthcare economics insights into Omada's commercial strategy. Partner on ICP, territory design, segmentation, and channel strategy across employers, health plans, PBMs, and the consultant/broker channel. Evolve segmentation, account coverage, sales motions, and value proposition to improve market fit and growth.
**Lead Strategic Customers and Channels**: Build trusted executive relationships with priority employers and C-suite buyers. Personally support the most complex, high-value deals and negotiations. Coach Sales Directors and Account Executives on deal strategy, executive engagement, and competitive positioning. Partner with Payer, Alliances, and Consulting Relations to expand reach through strategic channels.
**Build a High-Performing Sales Organization**: Lead, develop, and retain Sales Directors and Account Executives across employer segments. Build a strong leadership bench and organizational structure required to scale. Create a culture of high performance, learning, collaboration, and customer focus.
**Drive Enterprise Alignment**: Bring the voice of the employer market into product, clinical, customer experience, and commercial decisions. Partner across functions to remove barriers to growth and strengthen the full customer lifecycle. Translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.

**Requirements**:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales or commercial leadership, including significant experience leading leaders and scaling high-performing sales organizations
- Deep experience selling complex healthcare, health technology, benefits, or adjacent solutions to large employers and sophisticated healthcare buyers
- Strong knowledge of the employer healthcare ecosystem, including consultants, brokers, health plans, PBMs, and strategic distribution partners
- Proven success closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and building trusted relationships with C-suite buyers
- Proven ability to lead organizational change, develop strong sales leaders, and make sound decisions across talent, performance, and organizational design
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and cross-functional influence, with ability to thrive in a high-growth, evolving environment
- Experience in digital health, virtual care, population health, benefits technology, health plans, healthcare services, or adjacent healthcare technology
- Experience in chronic condition management, cardiometabolic health, GLP-1 care, or other high-value healthcare categories
**Bonus qualifications**:
- Deep operating knowledge of MEDDPICC sales methodology or comparable enterprise sales qualification framework
- Established network of executive-level relationships across benefits, consulting, and PBM sectors
- Demonstrated success improving talent outcomes, productivity metrics, and pipeline performance within organizations generating $300 million to $1 billion in annual revenue
- Proven balanced "art and science" approach to developing talent using both leadership judgment and data-driven performance practices
